FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any quote I give is always tentative because I want to help the customer get the best work out of whatever they can afford. I'm always willing to work within a reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want my customers to feel comfortable as well as confident in my skills as a videographer. The best way for me to do that is to start with a one on one discussion with the client(s) before anything is signed, so they know how I shoot and edit; it's the best way to ensure that their vision of a production matches mine. Once editing begins, I like to keep my clients updated with my current progress so they know when they can expect their final product. If requested, I can show them the work in progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a film major at SDSU. While attending I met with NR3, a wedding videography company; from there I shot and edited over 100 weddings within the San Diego county.
