- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to initially have a consultation and find out what their goal is. I also complete a fitness assessment with the client to see where their current fitness level is so I know where to begin with them to achieve their goals in the safest, most effective, and healthiest way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and training that I have that relates to my work includes: NASM Certified Personal Trainer High School Basketball Coach Certified TRX/Suspension Trainer CPR/AED Certified Impact Basketball Player Development Specialist
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work because I saw a problem in our society. I see that there are so many "crash diets" and diets that include so-called immediate results. As we have found, these diets are effective for a short time with results that don't last. I feel that it is my duty to bring back well rounded health that includes a healthy diet, cardiovascular health, and a healthy muscular system that will produce long lasting lifetime results.
