    Absolutely amazing work done by Alivia. I hired her for a surprise anniversary party for my wife. She managed to get everything done and in a fabulous fashion - from decorations to plating to table/chair arrangement to DJ and the party hall. Needless to say my wife and I along with our friends were blown away with the over all look of the place, it was a pleasant surprise for all of us. I trusted her with everything and for the price and budget I don't think we could have gotten anyone better. I would definitely recommend her services to everyone who is planning any kind of party.. Thanks Alivia, we had an amazing time and wish to keep in touch for future ventures.

    Alivia did a fantastic job at my daughter's bat mitzvah. She helped us get the party organized, and made a fairly plain space look beautiful and festive. She helped us stretch the modest budget we had and made the party look and flow far better than it otherwise would have. The photos she took were fantastic and we will treasure them for years to come.

    Alivia was an unbelievably helpful addition to our wedding planning experience! She went above and beyond with every task she took on and we are forever thankful for her patience as we worked together to plan our celebration. Alivia made a binder of ideas, kept us task oriented and focused on a timeline to help ease the stress of planning such a large event, and contacted every vendor we sent her way. I should mention that our initial plan to was to arrange a ceremony and reception out of state in an area Alivia was not too familiar with, but she did an outstanding job finding vendors, comparing prices, and reading countless reviews to find us the perfect pieces to complete our day. Alivia even went as far as to offer to fly down and visit these locations with my fiancé and I when it came time to make a final decision. Honestly, her calm and steady demeanor is what made this whole process such an easy experience. Although we knew she had other tasks and events to plan while working with us, Alivia had a way of making us feel like we were her only focus. She was constantly in contact with us via email, calling, FaceTime, and text messages. Not to mention that she would drive over an hour to meet with us in person to go over details and samples as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this woman! She went decoration shopping for us, catered every decision to work around our budget (and by doing so found a whole list of amazing online second-hand wedding decor shops!) and was involved in every aspect of our wedding planning from the engagement party to the bachelor/bachelorette parties, and beyond. I have full confidence that Alivia will continue to thrive in entertainment and event planning and I highly recommend her for not only weddings, but engagement parties, family gatherings, and any other occasion of both big and small proportions.

My standard price varies depending on occasion, amount of hours needed and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to hear all about the vision first, then I make necessary adjustments to not only save time and money but to make this special event exceed all expectations from all parties involved!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Arts in Dance and a minor in athletic training. I have 8+ years experience of doing Bar and Bat Mitzvah Coordinating, Planning, participating and DJ-ing along with a handful of weddings, birthday bashes and graduation parties. I also have worked as a lead choreographer and assistant to Rafanelli Events based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I had my Bat Mitzvah, I realized I wanted to be in the Entertainment Industry and I wanted to make other people's dreams come true! I became a Motivational Dancer for four of the top Entertainment Companies in Boston, Massachusetts and I planned my sister's Bat Mitzvah and my Cousin's Engagement Party single handedly. That's when I knew I was ready to push my comfort zone and start my own Company and do what I love!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with almost everyone under the sun! I am also fluent in American Sign Language.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Custom Invitations. After agreeing on style, color, font and texture of paper, it was so easy and I made over 100 invitations in less than 5 hours!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know exactly what you are getting when a provider gives you a quote, you don't want any grey areas. Making sure they share and understand your vision for the future event is the most important thing. Last, but not least, is communication between you both is imperative.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Definitely budget, location, necessities, and wishes are among the top priorities that professionals want to know right away. So, ask yourselves: "What is the top of our budget and are we willing to go over if needed?" "Where are we going to have this event?" "Can we live without...?" "What are the top things/ wishes that we will need to make this night everything we hoped for?" I hope those help when you are looking to hire professionals to plan your event!
