- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly keeping up with new technologies by take continuing education classes offered by InterNachi, the worlds largest home inspector association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a licensed contractor in the state of California and had been in the building trades since 1998 before moving here and deciding to do something completely different. I decided to go to school and get my license as an Inspector of Structures in Nevada since it I have a background in construction trades. I also have the opportunity to fulfill my desire to really help people. I spent nearly a year in two different schools, and received two different certifications. First, I studied with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and became certified by the largest association of home inspectors in the world. Then I attended the state of Nevada's required Home Inspectors program at Key Realty School. Now, I am licensed by the state of Nevada and certified by InterNachi.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I perform all types of real estate inspections including: Home Purchase Inspections. Home Safety Inspections. Home Maintenance Inspections. Condo Inspections. Town Home Inspections. Duplex Inspections. Multi-Family Residence Inspections.(up to 10,000 square feet total) New Construction Draw Inspections. Light Commercial Building Inspection.(up to 10,000 square feet)
