- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible and affordable when it comes to pricing. Every event we film is unique and customized to meet the needs of our clients, therefore pricing usually differs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will contact you by phone to verify any information we have already received and then engage in a more in depth discussion regarding our company, our services, and how we can gladly satisfy your video needs. We will then send you the necessary documents via email in the form of a PDF file after coming to a mutual agreement with the terms, conditions, and pricing. After you have reviewed and signed the contract, we will lastly need to collect a deposit in order to finally secure your event date on our calendar! Ultimately, allow us to work our magic and we promise to deliver the best video ever! Additionally, we can conduct an in person meeting at a local public location to review the documents which will also give you the opportunity to meet your videographer before the actual event.
