- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cooked from the time I was about 5 starting with simple dishes such as spaghetti and grilled cheeses but as I grew older my taste palette and knowledge and love of food has increased. I have cooked for groups at the Colorado Outdoor Education Center, while cooking there I would sometimes cook in the kitchen while also cooking out in the wilderness on a trial. While cooking for them I really learned how to work with what I had sometimes I would have to wing it and make it work with what ever I had. My dishes breakfast, lunches and dinners where always a big hit and I built my reputation as the best cook there. I have also cooked at the second highest rated restruant in Rowlett. At Opa I cooked traditional Greek food and picked up many recipes from this restaurant.
