FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects are custom and require discussions with our clients before discussing pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because there are many different styles of wood flooring and cabinets, we typically need to speak with clients and do a site visit to give an accurate quote for what they are looking for. After deciding on a final design or product we work with the client to find the best window of opportunity to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the first person in GA to become a certified installer by the National Wood Flooring Association and have attended several conferences at NWFA to keep current on trends and best practices. I have extensive carpentry background and can fabricate just about anything related to cabinetry, storage and ergonomic living.
