Introduction: I'm a retired military, DAVet, and a recent widower looking for something to provide experienced service in this area to start. I have over 7 years of experience with B&B, once in Albany, Oregon.
If you're looking for someone to house-sit privately and maybe tend to your plants and animals, or if you're looking for some sort of data entry work on your computer, please contact me before you spend many times the amount on someone who might cramp your lifestyle.
You don't have to worry about your liquor or food if you're looking for a house-sitter, as I don't drink alcohol and will obtain my own food, and you don't have to worry about someone who may be hosting wild parties or whatever. I'll respect your wishes, whatever they might be.
I also offer experienced bed-and-breakfast and house-sitting. I am interested in finding (out of the way) clean environment (smoke-free) and houses in need of overnight security while owners are away.
I can also provide care for friendly pets. I have my own four-legged medical companion.
