Bill was contracted to install some closet shelves in our home in Naples. On the surface, not a big deal, but he needed to use some (high-grade) shelves that I had salvaged from the neighbor's trash bin! Consequently, Bill was challenged to make the pre-assembled shelves fit into my closets. My initial observation was how he carefully took detailed measurements to ensure everything fit before installing--after all, you don't get second chances when drilling molly bolts into drywall! The final analysis...the shelves look stunning! Workmanship is excellent! (Wish I could post a pic.)
Bill arrived on time, was very respectful and polite, removed his shoes each time he was in the home, was careful not to scuff the surrounding woodwork and made sure to clean up afterwards---all being pet peeves of mine, and so often ignored by contractors and service vendors!
As a new homeowner, we have a lot of projects to tackle. I won't hesitate for a moment to call Bill. Bill Will!

Great job! Professional, courteous and very helpful. Bill arrived on time, assembled patio furniture, bar stools and a table. He removed all debris and even removed some other moving boxes for me. I'll definitely call him again.
