- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are straight forward and competitive. Ask for a free quote anytime. NOTICE THAT I AM AVAILABLE 24-7 7 DAYS A WEEK!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the person, or video chat and get a sense of where they are at and where I can be of help before I finalize the quote. Sometimes the project won't require what they think and they may be more equipped then they realize, if learning is the issue. If a straight forward service, such as resume writing is required, this is easily done with just a few simple questions. I can fill in gaps in employment, write several resumes, each according to skill set, such as a customer service resume, and a Administrative resume where you have worked in an office environment not open to the public, etc these can be very different things and it helps to have a series of resumes to send to appropriate job openings to showcase your abilities pertaining to exactly what they're looking for.
