- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honesty is very important to us and we are proud of our upfront pricing policy. Our goal is to provide great services, while charging fair prices with no surprises attached. We never apply any of the bait and switch techniques that are unfortunately all too common in our industry. We honor the original quote and we always follow our standard price rates. We don't want you to agree on one quote and then be asked to pay more or to be tricked by greedy technicians. We strive to develop a longtime relationship with each of our customers and will never treat you as a one-time customer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to accommodate your cleaning needs while working with your schedule. We will setup together a day and a time for the cleaning appointment. On the day of the appointment, our technician will arrive within the 2 hour window frame of your booking. Our professionally trained cleaners are always wearing our company uniform with our logo on display and shoe covers. After the job has been completed, we encourage you to inspect our work and would appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Last, our technician will ask you to sign the invoice and you can pay by card, cash or check. If you have any questions or concerns, even after the technician has left your premises, you can reach us by calling our office or sending an email. We would be happy to answer you questions and address your concerns.
