- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes are based on a price-line of $99/class per person and include wine service throughout and a formal sit-down meal at the conclusion of the lesson. Special Events can also include a variety of up-grades such as 'champagne service', specialty cakes, exotic ingredients etc for a mutually agreed upon price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our potential client and find out all the details of their event. From there we are able to make suggestions on how they will get the best of everything Casa Pelican can offer to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Karen Duncan (Proprietor), Chef Robin Midgett and Chef Jewel Robinson are all credentialed Chefs and Culinary Educators with a collective 93 years of experience in the industry. Our studio kitchen is fully inspected and licensed by the State of Louisiana.
