Outstanding! From beginning to end. We wanted an Italian sit-down dinner for 19 with a buffet set up in a narrow passageway off our kitchen. Chef Sean sent us menus and then advised us on choices. The bruschetta and chicken ravioli were delicious, and our twin sons, who were celebrating their 50th birthday (and rarely agree on anything) both praised Sean's cooking. Sean's assistant served drinks, passed out the bruschetta, took coffee/tea orders, and cleaned up afterall of which freed me to enjoy the party instead of running back & forth to serve our guests. We hired The Restaurant Republic for my daughter's wedding reception, which entailed a full dinner for 125+ guests. Christina was prompt with planning, as well as all sorts of referrals to florists and other venders to make sure our needs were met. Since she owns a group of restaurants, we were assigned to City CafÃ© in Azusa, the closest to our home. Manager Phil patiently went through several menu revisions with us, until we had "the biggest bang for our buck" possible. Next, Chef Sean met with us multiple times to work out the fine details and make tiny adjustments. As a bonus, he grabbed up some of our darling DIY wedding decorations that had stumped me in the end, and used them to create an UNBELIEVABLELY beautiful buffet table. And the food was DELICIOUS (we went Italian)! The wait staff was cheerful and efficient, too. I honestly can't say enough nice things.
