When i start working with a new customer is essential for me to build a very good communication, every customer has complete different needs and expectations, so i consider that having a good telephone meeting before getting started is a great way to identify customer preferences, in this way we can easily achieve the desired event through clear communication.

I am a fully qualified professional chef with over 15 years of international experience. Today days i am in a constant learning process, i am in touch with cutting edge professionals in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Latin America, we talk on regular basis sharing the last discoveries in the dinning industry, also i am all the time updating my self through the use of new books, browsing the web, seminars and working in trendy places.
