Today days i am in a constant learning process, i am in touch with cutting edge professionals in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Latin America, we talk on regular basis sharing the last discoveries in the dinning industry, also i am all the time updating my self through the use of new books, browsing the web, seminars and working in trendy places.
