The first time I tasted Chef Afi's food it brought me back to my country "Trinidad" it was delicious... I have since tried another American dishes from her as well which was also delicious. I also love the fact that she's local in my area and I don't have to drive miles to eat good food. To sum it up in one word, OUTSTANDING!

It was my second wedding anniversary and my wife being Trinidadian like myself had not been home in ages,so I made a few request to Chef Afi to have a surprise party planned for 25 few close friends.
Her response was very timely in regards to offering three different menu offerings with their price ranges, also a variety of Caribbean food appetizers,entree and desserts.
Needless to say the surprise was a huge success and my wife loved everything because dessert reminded her of her childhood the dish was something she never had in long time since immigrating. My best to Taste of Trinidad keep up the good work and that great tasting food
