- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on size of the property, one time clean versus recurring etc... ( recurring is less due to my company maintaining the home)

I like to get to know the client, know what they expect and and follow through beyond expectations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years customer service in the hotel industry has taught me how people need to be treated. I do have a degree in hospitality management. Customer service has always been in my blood
