- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge customer depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms they have. It will always be a flat rate. When a customer is a reacuring customer there price will remain the same even if are prices start going up due to any reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new cuatomer I like to do a walk through of the home prior to my employees even getting out of the vehicle. That way I am able to get a feel of what the customer needs done in the home, how they like it done and so im able to explain my company's policies. I provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed 100% of the time. So speaking to my new customer prior to the service Im able to put my customer at ease, and myself along with my employees are able to work more comfortable. Once we are done cleaning the home I do a walk through with my customer to make sure everything is to there satisfaction. If we missed something we always go back and redo it until its done to perfection. If my customer is satisfied with the walk through then I know I did my job to perfection!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For many years it was my dream to own my own maid service. Cleaning, customer service along with helping others are my passion! I love doing what I do, all of my employees love there job and our customers are our number 1 priority!!!
