- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All dispatches are quoted as $160 which includes travel to site with first hour of service. All time beyond the first hour is build at $25/ per 15 mins increments. The technician will work to resolve multiple issues onsite with customer approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to provide new customer with clear information about our process, fees and quality of work expectations from day one. We believe that customers can make an informed decision if given a clear picture of the issue they are having and what their options are to get it resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Steven Brevett/ General Manager for support is CompTIA A+ certified, holds a BA in IT and have over 25 years computer support experience. All technician will be at minimum CompTIA A+ certified or supervised by management with this level of training.
