- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50 flat fee for the first time visit which includes a hour of assessing and service. If it can be done that's it, if it takes more time or parts I would hold the customer for the parts and then I charge $35 a hour until request from customer is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the spisifics of there technical issues, explain the different variables that could be involved. I will be upfront with customers if the computer is obviously not worth the repair and suggest they invest in a newer model to conserve spending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Schooling, and endless days and nights building custom computers as well as constantly addressing friends, family and others that have asked for professional technical assistance to resolve a multitude of issues.
