If they get sick or if there is an emergency, there's no back up. Plus we're bonded and insured. We form genuine bonds with our clients and their pets. We strive to stay in contact every day with our clients while they are away. Using our online pet sitting app, you get updates daily and/or at each visit. We include a checklist of things done, a detailed note describing what your pet did while on our visit and LOTS of pics!!!! No need to wonder how your furry family members are doing because we make sure you know every step of the way!! 😊 Whether you're working long hours, going on vacation, or just a weekend get away, we can help! We tailor each 30 minute visit to meet the individual needs of both you and your pets. We do not charge extra per pet or for any medication that needs administering, including insulin. We also bring in your mail and/or any packages that may come while you're away, take out the trash, water the flowers and/or plants and also rotate lights and blinds to give your home the "lived in" look while you're on vacation at no additional charge. Your pet will love staying in their own home and being able to stick to their own routine instead of being boarded and possibly developing anxiety over being in an unfamiliar environment without you there. We are here to provide loving care when you can't be there! ❤❤

Cuddles & Care stopped by our house to check on our dogs during a recent trip we took. They also were taken for a brief walk. We received a handwritten note about our dogs condition and how they behaved. Overall, we were very pleased.

We love Diana! We couldn't ask for a more caring, flexible, dependable person to take care of our 3 cats and dog. When our last dog, Kona, went into congestive heart failure and had to have medicine reliably within a half an hour window each afternoon it was very stressful trying to come up with a plan. We met Diana and there was a bond between she and Kona immediately. I NEVER had to worry once Diana started her daily midday trips. I knew Kona was in good hands. Diana took care of her like she was her own. Our cats used to be afraid when the front door opened, but since Diana's been watching them they run to the door when it opens! I'd recommend her and Cuddles & Care to anyone!! Thanks Diana!!

I first met Diana about 7 years ago and right away I knew I had made the right choice in hiring her to watch our fur babies! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $22-25.00 per visit for vacationers and $21.00 for midday walks that use us at least 4x a week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for becoming a new client is fairly simple. We come to your home, meet you and your pets, gather all the visit information, along with two sets of keys (one is just in case of an emergency) and before all that, you can sign up online thru our pet sitting portal and input all your info and your pets info! Your visit information will be in our software and we will be ready to go whenever you call for service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of midday dog walking while our client's are at work. It gives the dogs a nice break throughout the day and our client's don't have to worry about rushing right home after work. So they can run errands or go out to dinner 😊 We also provide care for clients who are on vacation or traveling for work. We go into their home numerous times thru out the day and care for your pets as if you were there. Keeping your pet in their own environment and letting them stick to their normal routine is so less stressful for them versus boarding.
