FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service fee. We are paid directly by our vendors; hotels, cruise lines, tour operators etc. We only get paid after you have completed your travel. Our commission is already built into the price we quote you and this is predetermined by the preferred reputable suppliers that we use. The only time it is necessary to charge a fee is on air-only tickets. This fee depends on the type of ticket purchased, however typically $25 per person for domestic airfare and $50 per person for international airfare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our top priority is to not only to meet, but to exceed your expectations when working with a travel consultant. 1. Our first step is to find out where you would like to travel and what dates you had in mind. If you are open to locations and travel times throughout the year, we are happy to make suggestions that will give you the best experience and also give you the best value for money. 2. After we have established all of these details, we will get started on putting together a tentative itinerary and schedule and also give you an idea of price. We work with the top selling hotels and tour providers available. We closely monitor the service and quality of all of our hotels, cruise lines and suppliers, and make sure to only recommend those that we know will offer you exactly what you want. 3. Once you have decided on your itinerary and vacation package, we will then be able to able your deposit/payment to your reservation. We will then keep you updated along the way and let you know when your final payments are due, when your travel documents are ready and any other pertinent information relating to your trip. You will always have the same contact throughout the entire process and the direct phone number to your travel consultant. Phone calls and emails are typically answered within 1 hour during business hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have weekly training sessions with our preferred suppliers and this affords us the opportunity to stay up to date with various promotions and updates.
