The good: the driver was on time and pleasant. The bad: it's summer time and my clients said the A/C didn't work. The limo also made some weird & annoying sound that had them thinking they would not make it to their destination. No worries. I contacted the company to notify them of the issues via text and phone call. Six days later and I still have no resolution, apology or offer of any sort of refund. My clients made it from point A to B and back to A, but that it. I am reasonable and understand that things happen. At least, reapond when i bring an issue to your attwntion. I would not recommend this company nor do I have a desire to do any other business with them. They burned me the FIRST time I hired them. Never again.
