- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that every job is always a little different and because of that, I like to ensure accurate assessments of the property before giving a final price. Having said that I always prefer to accommodate a client's budget rather than deny the work, there is a solution for every project and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me I like to arrange a time to meet with them and discuss what's important to them. I feel that by meeting in person I can guarantee customer satisfaction and provide exactly what the homeowner needs/wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing my craft for ten years, and continue to learn from mentors in the industry to keep my skills sharp and maintain growth.
