Top Notch Events and Design Is Exactly What It Says.... it ia moat definitely Top Notch!!! This young lady puts her heart and soul into everything. Every detail, every color every placement. The best thing about this, is she does all of this in the most inexpensive way possible. She turned my Gender Reveal Baby Shower into a royal celebration for my little Prince. She is ABSOLUTELY Outstanding!!!! She is exactly her name. My event was Top Notch!!!!! I will most defiantly be hiring her and her team again. Again. And again.
