- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For social events, we have fixed prices for main services but we always need to get detailed information about event to be sure which package would be the best fit for our client. For corporate events, we apply a percentage fee of the total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first meeting, we listen very carefully to the details and expectations. I do a check list to ensure that I have understood all information. We prepare a work plan for the entire period so, the client can follow the progress anytime and add or change anything that is necessary. Before the event we will meet to go over the agenda and the details for the setup, event and after event. I am always available to talk by phone, email, Skype or WhatsApp. On the day of the event, I will have my team trained and equipped for everything we have planned and have agreed with our client. Usually I also report after event information to my clients (residual material, vendor evaluation).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Design and I also a MBA in Communication and Marketing. Nowadays I am the Latin America responsible for updating a worldwide LinkedIn Group about Events. I am also in various associations in Brazil that discuss events ideas and regulations.
