Introduction: FNH Inspections is the Inland Northwest's premier real estate inspection company. We are a locally veteran-owned and operated business. Our lead inspector, Frank Heidt, has over 30 years of licensed journeyman experience. He is licensed as a journeyman electrician, journeyman gas-fitter, journeyman heating mechanic, and journeyman wireman for the IBEW Local 73. He is a retired Federal Inspector for the Department of Transportation, Department of Defense, and the Federal Aviation Administration. Frank enjoys helping people and informing them about all aspects of the home they have chosen to purchase. He will go over both minor and major corrections of the house and any safety issues that may need to be addressed. He wants to make sure the buyer has peace of mind on the purchase they are about to make.
