- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a variety of package deals. It is all based on the individuals commitment to get fit. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly options at reduced rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client I expect a lot of feedback. I have many tools to use to help me help you achieve your goals. Variations of exercises that allow you complete and achieve. There is more than one way to get to the finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always staying up to date. As a requirement for my certifications I am always staying on top of the latest trends in fitness and exercise. I'm reading and studying the fitness, sports medicine, functional training and rehabilitation magazines and media feeds. Trying to find the new ways to mix things up for my clients. Keeping the sessions active, interesting and effective. Always providing you the newest and most effective routine.
