- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My training package includes an initial assessment, a nutrition plan/guidance, personalized workouts in a variety of training disciplines, and variety of options as to where and when you would like workout. During the initial assessment I address fitness goals, motivation, previous athletic or exercise experience, current level of fitness, daily habits and eating habits. This conversation helps me (and sometimes the client) identify specific needs and gives me the groundwork to formulate a training plan and schedule. It also gives clients a chance to ask questions about my training methods, the types of people I train, and speak to any potential concerns In order to optimize the physical benefits of training sessions, I also offer nutrition plans and guidance. I will work with you to come up with a healthy diet- that you can live with. I want my clients to be able to eat food they like, avoid food they dont, and find a realistic way to eat healthfully. Training sessions are customized to the individual. In order to ensure safety, satisfaction and enhancement of goals I develop a unique and personalized program. There is also the opportunity for home visits and/or training in various environments. Gym membership and weight ownership are not necessary on the part of the client. I am enthusiastic about my work and deeply committed to getting the best possible results for my clients and achieving superior outcomes
