The pricing system is very easy to understand. I offer different packages to clients, all depending on how much the client is wanting to spend.

Yes, as stated above. I keep up with current research coming out daily by subscribing to data based journals providing new information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 2008 when I was in college. I became serious about the fitness industry and started doing everything I could from research to my own anecdotal training and nutrition.
