Terrible! It took 3 phone calls on my part to get a call back. The consult started 10 min late. I bought 11 hours of tutoring, and was told my tutor would call me. She never called. I scheduled my first session in their online scheduler where I found out that the shortest session you can schedule is 1.5 hours. I received confirmatory emails with the scheduled date and time insisting that I be prompt.
The day of my first session, I was prompt but no one showed. I called the main number and got sent to voicemail. I emailed back to the site that sent the reminder and to the director's email on the machine when I called. Both emails were undeliverable. Now I must contact my credit card company to stop payment. Is this a scam?

THIS TUTORING COMPANY IS THE BAD BUSSINESS TO THE PUBLIC. I PAID FOR MY SON FIRST WEEK OF TUTORING THAT WAS SCHECDULE TO START ON MONDAY AND NO ONE SHOW UP @ MY HOME. I SPEND THE DAY CALLING BACK AND I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AROUND 4:45PM. THEY SAID I WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK... NO ONE DID... I HAD TO CALL BACK AND ASK FOR MY REFUND ... IF YOU CALL THIS COMPANY FOR TUTORING AND YOU SPEAK TO KRISTEN.. BE CAREFULL IS A SCAN!!!!!!!!!!!! MOST OF THEY CPMPLAINTS ONLINE IT TAKES ABOUT 3 TO 4 WEEKS TO HAVE A TUTOR IN YOUR HOME
