I've had my interior walls painted by Kenny. He did a great job overall but what stands out to me the most is his attention to detail, especially around edges and window sills where there was a lot of scraping off to do. The work transformed the ambience of my house at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Kenny if you're looking for an honest, trustworthy and skilled contractor.

The stairs leading to our second story porch were swaying when we walked on them and needed other repairs, so we hired Kenny to do the work. He gave a very reasonable bid and started the work right away. He fixed our stairs and added supports, so now they are very sturdy and safe! He also fixed the rain gutter on our front porch, so water will travel down the pipe and not over the side of the house! We are very happy with his work, professionalism and attention to detail.

I have a 20x40 shed/workshop in my back yard and needed it painted. There was a base color and then tons of trim work to be painted white. Kenny gave me a great bid and without ever even talking on the phone, we set up a day for him to come over and I left the building unlocked for him. I came home from work that day blown away by how much he had done and how great it looked. I paid him then even though he still had more work to do. He easily could have thrown in the towel after that but he didn't. He came back a few more times and it looks spectacular. He is extremely nice, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future. Thanks, Kenny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a $175 minimum which will cover 4 hours work. After that, if a job is best conductive to an hourly rate, I usually charge $40 per hour. Some jobs are better given a flat rate, and will be bid accordingly.
