- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125.00 for color copier/printers The charges is for the first hour and include diagnostics and servicing, parts and supplies are extra. We also offer service contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To respond promptly and be attentive to the customer needs and provide a solution for the their requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in Electronics in 1985, worked for Xerox Corporation for 7 years, trained in many different types of copiers, printers, scanners and faxes. Also trained on networking connection on MAC and PC.
