FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to negotiating a project-based fee, however prefer hourly based work for short-term engagement. I am willing to negotiate my rate depending on: need to travel, ability to make my own hours, depth of expertise or skills needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I value efficiency and communication. First things first: tell me what you need. Then I'll relay back to you what I've heard so you know we're on the same page. As soon as we are, I like to hit the ground running with early feedback to be sure I'm on the right track. Your input and satisfaction are critical, and I hope to build your trust early so that you can rest assured the work you need done is being done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and MA from Penn and, in addition, a Business Essentials certification from the Wharton School. After eight years in nonprofit fundraising and program management, for nearly two years I worked for a top-tier strategy consultancy serving prominent clients on sector-wide and international projects. Today I am co-founding a brick and mortar manufacturing/retail/wholesale business. My education and experience have offered me wide but deep sets of skills and knowledge that can be applied across many industries and organization types.
