- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for time and materials. Our standard hourly rate is $150/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide a free onsite consultation (usually 1 hour in duration). During this time a standard non-disclosure form is signed so the customer is assured that their data will be held in the strictest confidence. Triage ticket items are prioritized and resolved. Monitoring and management software clients are installed and any hidden or impending technology issues are dealt with.
