Needed to have faucet replaced on a bathroom pedestal sink and to have a toilet set replaced. The price that was quoted was reasonable. The repairman was on time and very professional. Would use his service again.

Chris (with Bakers Gas Logs) accepted a job from me to repair a lid on an ice machine, but then neglected to show up at the client's location.
He has not responded to phone calls or emails since.
Chris seemed nice and personable at first contact, but to no-show for a job he agreed to complete...without notice, apology, explanation, or communication of any kind afterward... definitely overshadows his first impression.
