Love these guys! John and Mary are my dogs walkers and they are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!Dec 4, 2016Verified
John is great! He and Taylor are my designated dog walkers. They are very responsive to texts and emails. They sent updates after the walks, and Sally's afternoons are vastly improved due to their service!May 25, 2016Verified
My pup loves him and so do I. Everyday he sends a message so I know she's okay. I'm so happy that I found this company!!Nov 12, 2015Verified
I could not be happier with choosing to go with Heads & Tails for a multitude of reasons. Not only did they come to my rescue at the last minute, John has been on point starting from our very first exchange. He texts me every day to let me know how Jett did on her walk and has been flexible with times (to accommodate post work/school activities). And did I mention patient? We just rescued Jett and she has no leash training!Oct 27, 2015VerifiedHeads & Tails Pet Services's reply
Kathie - Thank you for your kind words! Despite Jett's lack of experience on a leash she is great to work with. I've genuinely enjoyed working with her, and look forward to our walks to come!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For both Dog Walking and Cat Sitting, our standard rates depend on the length of visit: Dog walking: 15-Minute Visit: $15 30-Minute Visit: $20 60-Minute Visit: $33 Cat Sitting: Standard: $15 30-Minute: $23 60-Minute: $33
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We love meeting new customers and prefer to schedule a free meet-and-greet before services begin. This way, we can get to know the customer, their pets, and their home, but more importantly, so the customer and pets can get to know us. Because every customer, pet, and home is different, we customize each service to fit their needs, and truly believe we provide the best services in town.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? There are several things that any customer seeking dog or cat related services should look for in a walker/sitter: 1. Insurance specific to the pet services industry. 2. Established reputation - anyone can advertise dog walking and pet sitting services, but not everyone is right for the job. 3. Use a service provider that uses the same walker day-in and day-out for dog-walking. Consistency is important for dogs, especially younger dogs, dogs that are undergoing training, and dogs that suffer from separation anxiety.
