We need to find a house in just 60 days. Chris was great in all I had inspect two homes. The first one had various structural issued which he should me in person explain exactly why the situation was bad. He also presented me with a very detail room by room analysis of the entire home, including close up photograph and precise descriptions. After that he helped me to understand all of the pluses and minuses of the house we own today.

Chris was quick to respond to all inquiries, very professional, and was competitively priced. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that his inspection was possibly too thorough. This is not a bad thing, but necessitated involving more trades contractors to inspect the home to find that some of the issues were very minor. All and all I would recommend Chris with the caveat that if your experience is like mine, have the expectation that it could skew a little too rigid/strict.

Chris did a home inspection for use on a house we were purchasing. What went well: Chris is very easy to work with and does an extremely thorough job inspecting the house. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the inspection. The final report was very detailed professional. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. I cannot think of anything that did not go well.

Our pricing is tiered and based on square footage of the home. Addtional services, such as radon, are an additional fee. Pricing is available upon request.
