- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tiered and based on square footage of the home. Addtional services, such as radon, are an additional fee. Pricing is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The inspector will arrive at the home two to three hours before you do and complete an initial independent assessment of the home. When you arrive at your appointed time, you will be invited to join him on the remainder of the inspection. An inspection can take on average anywhere from two to four hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am InterNACHI certified, which means I have completed their course in residential home inspection, and must follow their Standards of Practice and their Code of Ethics.
