- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our introductory service is $99. This includes concept boards from multiple designers and a one-hour in-person meeting with your chosen designer. Thereafter, hourly rates are a flat $100 per hour. You can purchase buckets of hours depending on your product scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on finding the right match for your style and needs with our designers. Fill out our fun & easy style profile (to let designers know about your preferred aesthetic, budget, and project scope), get multiple concept boards, choose your favorite designer from the submissions, and meet in person to discuss the plan and outline next steps. For home organization projects, we typically match you with the organizer directly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a large and growing network of established and up-and-coming interior designers. Each designer goes through an extensive interview process to vet that his/her credentials, style, knowledge of design principles, materials and trends, communication, and ease with technology is up to our standards.
