FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic services like troubleshooting and simple installations, we have hourly rates; materials/equipment/permits are extra, and areas outside our basic service zone may have additional travel charges. Anything that is complicated, requires more than 2 electricians or is a larger job, we will provide a free estimate. · 1 electrician: $150 for the first hour (minimum). Each additional hour is $100. · 2 electricians: $200 for the first hour (minimum). Each additional hour is $150. · Materials, equipment rentals, and any necessary permit fees are charged additional. Materials are not covered by our warranty if our installation is correct and to-code. (Example we install a switch, but the switch turned out to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. Our installation, however, was fine. If we come back to replace that switch, we will charge another service call.) · If you are outside of our basic service zone (Travis County Metro), there may be travel charges assessed. Please call us for details.
