- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is highly competitive with our competition. We give discounts to active and retired military as well as senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival, we walk the customer around the property to ensure that the technician has a full understanding of what the customer is requesting prior to starting the job. We also do a walk-around once the work is completed to guarantee that the customer is satisfied before we leave the premises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Power Washers of America Organizations, we stay abreast of new methods in cleaning all the facets of a home, compounded with 20 years of experience.
