- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel charge to costumer house is $20, cash only. Cost for service, repair, or upgrade is $15/hour, cash only. The service cost does not include any part or software needed to be replaced, changed, or upgraded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love and be glad to know a new people. My motto is I'm happy and my costumer happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree on Computerized Accounting in 2001 I love working with computers since 1999. I like to take computer service from any costumers around my area. I volunteer in St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church since 2010, handle computer installation and trouble-shooting, make bulletin, calendar, birthdays and anniversaries, and schedules and certificates, build and manages the church website.
