Introduction: I think it's so important to get to know my students so that I can really personalize our sessions to fit YOUR lifestyle, YOUR likes, and YOUR dislikes.
Rather than becoming a robot and giving you a general exercise/sequence to do, I really make sure you understand why we are doing it as well as offer different modifications and variations to best suit you, that day. After all, we are constantly changing and sometimes we can do certain things on one day but then not at all on another day. Adapting to what you need in the present moment is definitely one of my strengths. :]
What I love, more than anything, about my "job" is the look on someone's face when they reach their goal - or what they thought was their goal - and realize that they had it in them the whole time.
Each of us can do anything we put our minds to, and it's such a joy seeing people discover how simple it can really be!
