- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because not all homes are the same, they require a different customized approach when it comes to staging for optimal results. My typical consultation proposal for homes that have furniture is $199 (approximately 2-3 hours, depending on size of home). You will also receive a written proposal outlining of additional staging services and recommendations needed in order to accomplish a successful and speedy home sale. Furthermore, if you choose me to sell your home, I will waive this consultation fee and I will also take professional photos of your home for FREE. For vacant homes, I will even lower my commission to cover the staging costs and provide the professional photos as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Homes with furniture: We do a walk-and-talk, which is usually about 2-3 hours (depending of size of home) and we discuss in detail what needs to be done in each room to sell your house for the best possible price and fast. We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for. For vacant homes: We do a walk through of the home, and pick the areas which you are most interested in staging (usually that would be the living areas, dining, kitchen, master, and master bath).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country provided by Home Staging Resources. I also hold a Real Estate license in the state of Texas for more than 5 years. I have also been named Best Home Stager in Dallas 2016.
