I have been working with Linda since January 2017. I moved from Seoul South Korea in 2012 for school, and I knew I needed to improve my English. Working with a English tutor was my new year resolution to advance my English skill. I learned not only business english expressions, grammar, and presentation skills, but also how to continue to learn by myself which is one of the most important tools I learned from her. After I started working with Linda, my contract role as a UI/UX Designer at a global design software company in SF became a full time position. I've been enjoying working with her! She is so passionate, devoted and fun to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates : My hourly rates are based on the high quality service and results that I offer my Clients. You buy a package of 10 sessions at a time. Sessions--where? : I can work with you in the Bay Area, or I can work with you remotely via Whatsapp, WeChat and Skype.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet /speak first to discuss the Client's goals and interests. Every Client is different--professionals already working in the US but needing improvement (eg. at Google, startups or at a university), others are working in their own country, and others are simply concerned with improving their English for travel and entertainment. I find out what they enjoy doing, their learning styles, and combine all that into a personally designed course using many resources --- so that they achieve their goals quickly, efficiently and in a fun way! I always check with the Client to make sure they are succeeding in what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
**The Cambridge CELTA certificate, teaching English as a second language. **Master degree in Biology and Animal Behavior. **Bachelor degree in Communication Design.
