- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing for my real estate transactions is a set percentage from the sells price. My standard is 6% but negotiations happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a meet and greet to understand what the clients needs are and the expectations they should have throughout the process. This includes expectations from not only me, but also from the client. A lot of people think that any realtor can sell a house, but that is not true and it has a lot to do with expectations. We will go through the selling/buying processes together, figure out some of the core "must haves" and make a game plan for viewing or showing times and days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from the University of California Davis that is focused around advertising and marketing. I use the skills obtained from my education everyday when I market homes to other potential clients and realtors. As a realtor I also keep up with a mandatory set of continued learning hours that maintain my statues as a realtor recognized by the NAR (National Association of Realtors).
