Excellent service, very friendly staff! As a busy, single, working mom of 3..I have no time to clean! The staff did such an amazing job, my home was spotless and smelled great!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There are several different ways that residential cleaning is priced. We find the most popular choice is our pre-packaged cleaning that outlines a broad scope of work and is priced by the approximate time it will take to complete the work. From that price point customers can add time as needed. This gives the customer the freedom to control their spending and provides the best value for their purchase. Our most basic spot-cleaning starts at $69.99 and our standard deep-cleaning starts at $119.99. More details can be found on our website at maivecleaning.com.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is to preform a walk-around with the customer to discuss the particular focus areas. This helps us access the customers individual needs and gives us the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the premises. The first cleaning usually requires more time to properly preform a detailed deep-cleaning. After the service is complete and the customer has an opportunity to inspect the quality of our work, we take a moment to consult with the customer about how they would like to proceed. We take into account the scope of work that best suits them, find exclusions to lower the cost, and build a custom cleaning that fits their needs and budget.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    We are affiliated with a non-profit organization. A youth organization for underprivileged youth and young children. We implemented a Give Back Program where employees of Maive can volunteer their time in exchange for credits, which are then redeemable for rewards such as meal vouchers and gift cards.
