FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. Our trip & diagnostic is $59.95. This is to visit your home and diagnose the issue and give you a quote or estimate for the repair. From there are rates are very reasonable from $50 to $90 to do the repair. So basically the most you are going to pay in trip, diagnostic, and repair rate is $149.95 to at most $189.95. The only real questionable price is the part cost. We use the retail price of the part and is sold to you at the cost that you could purchase it at. Parts cost anywhere from $25 to $200. Usually no more than that. So most repairs will beat out the cost of a new appliance and in fact most repairs don't require the top end $. Most repairs are within the $120 to $200 range. There are some appliances that are high end and some jobs that require 2 men to do the job. Jobs that do require more than 1 person are generally charged an extra $40, but no more than that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes constantly. We have to in this industry. We perform bi-weekly seminars on new appliances or refreshers on old ones. It is vitally important to keep our training up to date on every level. From customer courtesy training to problem solving.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a family business and I love working with my hands. Repairing anything honestly makes me smile. I love the good feeling it gives me to help someone out whether it's family, friends, or customers. At the end of the day I love moving around and learning new things.
