My remodeling project included the renovation of a 1600 sq.ft. Bungalow in the historic area of the Heights, and a 2000 sq.ft. two story addition. Martin Smith Construction patiently worked with us and our Architect throughout the entire process. Mikes attention to detail, focus on planning and scheduling as well as his dedication to the project, made our project go smoothly, on time, and within budget. I am pleased with all of the work and highly recommend Martin Smith Construction for any remodeling project.

OUTSTANDING - "Our experience with Mike Martin of Martin Smith Construction was terrific. He completely gutted and added square footage to our Houston Heights bungalow.
