- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Maxime Fitness we value the relationship we build with our clients. Each and every person is important to us so we make sure that everyone is always comfortable and treated with the utmost care. When meeting for our first personal training session, we do an initial assessment to determine your fitness level so that we can start and progress through your fitness journey at an appropriate rate. This way, you can start seeing results faster and you don't ever feel overwhelmed. The journey to fitness is exactly what it sounds like, a journey, and we will be there to support and motivate you every step of the way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Maxime Fitness and Wellness has helped people lose over 1,000 pounds!!! We work with people from all backgrounds and fitness levels and can help people lose their own weight no matter where they start. Health is an investment in your future and we want to teach everyone how to invest in their health. We work with all types of individuals, maybe one of these individuals could be you! We have experience in strength and power training, geriatric training, training for kids, low-impact training, fitness plans for individuals who suffer from illnesses or ailments which may affect their health, thin body types wishing to gain size, individuals wishing to maintain a healthier body weight, and individuals training for fitness competitions.
