Dan I don't usually respond back to someone's opinions or reviews about me. We had a meeting set and the night before something came up with my daughter and I asked you to reschedule. You never responded back to me and when I sent another text the following day you blew me off and said your like the rest of "them". We don't live in a perfect world and things can happen from time to time and so for that I apologize we were never given the chance to officially meet but had we I am sure you would not rank me with "them". I hope things worked out for you and you were able to get your property sold and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 6% ONLY to sellers and we take part of that to pay a buyers agent if needed. If we find our own buyers we reduce price to 5%. BUYERS NEVER PAY A DIME.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a meeting to see if we are a right fit for each other. Discuss the buyers and sellers needs then develop a marketing strategy that fits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida Atlantic University. Study business and marketing.
