- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 6% ONLY to sellers and we take part of that to pay a buyers agent if needed. If we find our own buyers we reduce price to 5%. BUYERS NEVER PAY A DIME.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a meeting to see if we are a right fit for each other. Discuss the buyers and sellers needs then develop a marketing strategy that fits.
